• On-call period with text and phone support

• In person support from active labor till 1-2 hours after birth

Postpartum Care Visits

• Debrief the birth ​

• Newborn care

• Assess postpartum adjustment

• Tasks clients are unable to do due to birth / c-section restrictions

• Organization to simplify baby care

• Grocery shopping (hourly rate applies, pre-pay for doula to pickup)
